Questionnaire preparation
Deadline statement. Creation of a questionnaire form for candidates or employees. Each group of participants gets individual questionnaire depending on a risk level. Approving routing and range criteria definition.
Filling in questionnaire
Emails to candidates with access link to their personal accounts. Candidates (employees) fill in declaration forms, attach files and indicate contractors for further analysis in the system. Automatic validation of information upon data entry and manual validation upon being assigned.

Your personnel department specialists, recruiters or lawyers create a request for verification of the candidate in the system and enter all the necessary data for him.
Follow up
The manager reviews the status of filling in the questionnaires and reports on the procedure. A "debtor" report allows to send reminders to those who delay the process.
The system ranks and distributes declarations according to criteria. The system assigns risk indicators to questionnaires for processing and approval, compares the information with sources.
The manager checks the questionnaires that draw attention.
Authorized users (e.g. Security Service) approve the questionnaire. Candidates (employees) take measures to resolve (give explanations or corrections). The manager checks the measures taken and changes the status of the procedure in the system.
